Asparagus n´ Bacon
The enjoyable way to eat the asparagus is the asparagus with crunchy bacon around it.
Ingredients:
500 g green asparagus
pinch of salt
strips of bacon
Preparation:
1.Peel the asparagus with a peeler from just under head downwards. Woody base (approx. 3 cm) cut off. In asparagus pan (or frying pan) boiled the water and add the asparagus. Sprinkle some salt.
2.Cook for 7 minutes and turn off the heat,and let stand for 10 minutes more in the pan. Wrap the asparagus with bacon and set in a dish. Grill for 6-8 minutes.
