Cappucino Cheesecake
For the coffee lovers, here's something for you. My husband loves this cake so much that he even name this as "divine".
Ingredients:
250 gram Greek yoghurt 200 gram mascarpone
150 gram mon chou cheese 250 gram powdered sugar
2 c whipped cream 2 T gelatine powder
1/2 c water 1/2 c brewed coffee
1 T rum or coffee flavoured liqour
Cookie Bottom:
1 1/2 C oreo cookies, crushed and 1/ 2 c melted butter
Mix very well and spread evenly over the bottom of a 10" springform pan, then press very firmly all over. Refrigerate.
Preparation:
1. Soak gelatine in the water for 10 mnutes. Dissolve over low fire until melted. Set aside.
2. Beat together until smooth: mascarpone, mon chou and powdered sugar. Mix very well.
3. Add in the greek yoghurt, and whipped cream. Mix until well coordinated.
4.Add the coffee, rum and gelatine. Mix again.
5.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm.
Garnish it in your own way with chocolate, whipped cream, cocoa powder en etc.
