Fettuccine with Boursin Sauce

                            Fettuccine in Boursin Sauce

Ingredients:

250 g Fettuccine                  100 g mushrooms 

245 g Boursin  Cuisine         300 g shrimps            

1 big onion chopped            2 cloves garlic minced

 

Bring a large pot of salty water to a boil and drop in your fettuccine.

Sauté the onions and garlic. Add the shrimps and mushrooms.

Whisk boursin cuisine to the shrimps and mushrooms until well blended.

Swirl the pasta to combine.

Yum! Enjoy!
