Humba
Ingredients:
2 kilos pork belly, sliced in big pieces
1 head garlic 2 C brown sugar 2 C soy sauce
1 T vetsin (optional) 3/4 tsp black pepper 2 star anise
salt to taste 1/8 c vinegar
Preparation:
1. Slice pork belly into desired sizes.
2. Mix all the spices and sauce to the meat.
3. Cook meat until tender.
4. Serve and best with white rice.
